Why this book

Your body changes every week. Your food should too.

Some weeks you're full of energy. Some weeks you just want to stay under a blanket. Each phase of the cycle asks for something different, and most of us keep eating the same way all month.

This book gives you real food for each phase. Warm and grounding when you need it, fresh and light when you don't. No diets, no counting. Just good, simple cooking.

“Unlike many books on the subject, it doesn't tell you what you MUST eat. It suggests what you could eat, inviting you to listen to yourself and find what really works for you.”

Andrea
Who's cooking

I'm Andrea. I spent seven years in professional kitchens around the world, from Ottolenghi in London to award-winning (hatted) restaurants in Australia, before I started sharing my healthy approach to food online.
For me, cooking has always been the most direct way to take care of someone.

After almost fifteen years of watching my girlfriend (now wife) move through each month, I started studying what she needed in every week of her cycle. When I shared it online, millions of women responded. This book is everything I learned, written so anyone can cook it at home and start taking better care of themselves.

Questions

Before you buy

Is this a physical or digital book?

It's a digital recipe book (PDF). You get it instantly after checkout and can read it on your phone, tablet or computer.

Is it only for women?

No. The book is organised around the cycle, but every recipe is healthy, balanced food that makes anyone feel good. A lot of it is also written for the people who cook for the women in their life.

I'm not a great cook. Can I make these?

Yes. There are no complicated recipes in the book. Every step is written so you can cook it at home, first time.

Do I need special ingredients?

No. The recipes use everyday ingredients you'll find in a normal supermarket, with simple swaps when something is hard to find.

Is it plant-based or gluten-free?

Lots of it is: 45 recipes are plant-based or have a plant-based option, and 64 are gluten-free or have a gluten-free option. Every recipe is clearly labelled.

Is cycle syncing backed by science?

The nutrition in the book is grounded in research, but cycle syncing as a system is still an emerging field and every body is different. Take what works for you and always trust how you feel.
